This Gluten-Free Sourdough Focaccia is made with a real sourdough starter and generously finished with olive oil — so the outside gets golden and crisp while the inside stays soft and airy. It's the kind of bread you tear apart and eat straight from the pan.

Made in my 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen — safe for celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.

Choose your flavor: Plain ($13), Italian Herb ($15), or Rosemary Garlic ($15).

Ingredients: Gluten-free sourdough starter (brown rice flour, sorghum flour, water), gluten-free flour blend (sorghum flour and/or brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), filtered water, olive oil, psyllium husk, sea salt, honey. Italian Herb adds: Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme). Rosemary Garlic adds: fresh rosemary, roasted garlic.
