This Gluten-Free Sourdough Loaf is made with a live sourdough starter and slow-fermented for the complex, tangy flavor that most gluten-free bread misses entirely. The crust crackles. The crumb is open and soft. It slices, toasts, and sandwiches the way bread is supposed to.

Made in my 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen — no wheat ever comes through the door. Safe for celiac disease and serious gluten sensitivity.

Choose your flavor: Plain ($15), Rosemary Garlic ($17), or Italian Herb ($17). Available in round boule or sandwich loaf shape.

Ingredients: Gluten-free sourdough starter (brown rice flour, sorghum flour, water), gluten-free flour blend (sorghum flour and/or brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), filtered water, psyllium husk, olive oil, sea salt. Rosemary Garlic adds: fresh rosemary, roasted garlic. Italian Herb adds: Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme).
